1.1 Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested via email or our official contact channels.
  • Cancellation requests should include your order or service reference number for processing.
  • Cancellation requests received:
    • Within 24 hours of purchase: Eligible for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours but before service initiation: Subject to a cancellation fee of 2%.
    • After service initiation: No cancellations will be accepted.

1.2 Conditions for Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if:
    • The service has already been delivered.
    • The request is not in compliance with our policy terms.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
    • Overpayment or duplicate payment.
    • Service cancellation within the eligible period.
    • Failure to deliver the promised service due to reasons attributable to us.

2.2 Refund Exclusions

  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Services that have been fully or partially delivered.
    • Non-refundable services as explicitly stated during the purchase process.
    • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

2.3 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to ivacochin@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order or service reference number, proof of payment, and a brief explanation of the refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
